An Attempt to Explain City Driving.
Fuel efficiency around town varies on distance travelled ,how many red lights, volume
of traffic average speed etc etc.
It is a little more complicated to come up with a exact figure, my
best was 7.1 at 53 km/h average over 20 km distance with 1 red light.
In really heavy traffic I can be in the 12s not a problem.
On a 14 km run with a couple of three red lights and I can
be in the low 10s, 6 or 8 red lights on the same trip and I'm in the 11s. The further the distance you travel the overall
less fuel you use with all the other variables thrown in to lighten your wallet.
